My Mark on the World

“He played a vigorous game of softball but he was also something of a spoiled brat. His team had to win and it was well known that the pitcher should serve Frost a fat pitch. I remember him hitting a double. He fought hard for his team to win and he was willing to change the rules. He had to win at everything. Including poetry.”

Looking around the internet this morning about last night’s episode of Dr. Who, “Time Heist”, and found out that many others really enjoyed the character Psi and hope that he will appear again in future episodes. Kind of reminded me of the type of character from William Gibson’s writings. Would be nice to see more stories with hard SciFi aspects.

I continue to be even more impressed with Clara. Jenna Coleman does an amazing job. Peter Capaldi’s work as the new doctor has impressed me. The brand of humor given to this incarnation is right down my alley. Looking forward to next week’s episode.

- I was interrogated in prison. And I guess I panicked. I didn’t want to be a risk to the people close to me, so…
- You deleted your friends?
- My friends, anyone who ever helped me, my family.
- Your family?
- Of course, my family.
- How could you do that?
- Well, I don’t know. I suppose I must have loved them.
